Delete your account
You can delete your Case Vault account yourself, at any time, without asking anyone.
From inside the app
- Sign in and open Profile.
- Scroll to Delete this account.
- Type your email address to confirm, then choose Delete permanently.
Deletion happens immediately. It cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep first — CSV export of your own records is available on every plan.
If you cannot sign in
Write to hello@casevault.uk from the address the account is registered to. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
What is deleted, and what is kept
Deleted immediately: your sign-in and profile; every patient case you own, with its injuries, diagnoses, treatments, operative notes, follow-ups and outcome scores; your research studies and their records; your personal notes; and every image and document you uploaded.
Kept: entries in the append-only audit log, which record that an action happened and when but are detached from your identity when the account goes. Backups may hold copies for a limited period before ageing out.
If your records were shared with an institution, cases owned by other clinicians are theirs and are not affected.
